Doris Podrug is a Senior Teaching Assistantat the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, University of Split. She obtained her PhD at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism.
SALVATORE ESPOSITO DE FALCO
Salvatore Esposito De Falco is a Full Time Professor of Economics and Business Management (disciplinary sector SECS-P08), in the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Rome "Sapienza". He teaches Corporate Governance (in italian language) and Corporate Governance Foundations (in English language). In his scientific and academic career he has published over 110 papers in national and international journals of which 12 with impact factor, 8 indexed by ISI-WOS and 7 in class A, 7 monographic works. He was also guest editor of four Special issues on international journals and was the winner of 6 Best or Selected Paper Awards. He is Editor-in-chief of the following journals: Corporate Governance and Organizational Behavior Review, Corporate Governance and Sustainability Review”, Corporate Governance And Research & Development Studies. He is currently President of the Board of the Degree Course in "Business Management" of the University of Rome "Sapienza". He has been project manager of more than 30 ministerial research programs. Finally, he is a PhD, Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. He is also Grant Office Manager of some important business groups. His main research interests are: Corporate Governance, Executive Compensation, Family Business, Shareholder right e Shareholder Engagement, Strategic Management, Sustainable Development e Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
KAYRA KAKCIOGLU
Kayra Kakcioglu, based in Paris, FR, is currently a Co-Founder at dataLobster, bringing experience from previous roles at TrueNord Global and CGN Global. Kayra Kakcioglu holds a 2003 - 2009 Master Of Science in Management @ Galatasaray University. With a robust skill set that includes Supply Chain Management, PMP, ERP, Performance Management, Logistics and more, Kayra Kakcioglu contributes valuable insights to the industry.
MINE KARATAS-OZKAN
Mine Karatas-Ozkan is a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Southampton Business School, University of Southampton (UK). She is currently the Head of Research for the Department of Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Previously, she held various leadership roles including Associate Dean Research (for the Faculty of Business, Law and Art); Director of the Faculty Graduate School and Founding Director of the Centre for Inclusive and Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Southampton. She is committed to developing and mentoring doctoral students and early career colleagues further in their career path. PhD supervision and early career researcher development have always been very close to her heart and mind, which has recently led her take on the role of Vice-President Talent Development at the European Academy of Management (EURAM), building on her roles as the EURAM Doctoral Colloquium Lead Chair and Mentor over the years. In 2019, she was awarded EURAM Fellowship status for her extra-ordinary contributions to her research community and to the EURAM community.
VÍCTOR RODRÍGUEZ-DONCEL
Víctor Rodríguez-Doncel is professor in the Artificial Intelligence Department, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Madrid, Spain. His research interests include the semantic web, language technologies, and law. Rodríguez-Doncel received a Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Technical University of Catalonia.
SIBEL YAMAK
Sibel Yamak has a doctorate degree in Organization Theory from Bogaziçi University. She has been a permanent and/or visiting scholar at different universities such as Galatasaray University, Dauphine University, Panthéon Sorbonne University, Southampton University and Manchester University among others. She specialises in governance with a focus on the relationship between business elites and state, contextual antecedents and impact of top management teams, governance and democratisation relationship and sustainability. Her works have been published in peer reviewed journals such as British Journal of Management, Strategic Management Journal, Group and Organization Management, European Management Journal, Journal of World Business, International Journal of Human Resource Management. She received the Emerald Literati Network award for her work on business elites in 2007. She is an editorial board member of Society and Business Review and European Management Review. She is actively involved with different academic associations such as Academy of Management where she previously acted as Management Education and Development Division Research Coordinator. She is the former President of the European Academy of Management (EURAM). She acted as an executive committee member at the International Federation of Scholarly Associations of Management. She is the scientific council member of several universities in France and member of the board of directors at the European Institute of Advanced Studies in Management. She is among the endorsers of DORA and Responsible Research in Business and Management (RRBM). Currently, she is a fellow of EURAM.
NICOLA CUCARI
Nicola Cucari gained his PhD in Business Management at Sapienza University of Rome. He obtained the national scientific habilitation as Associate Professor. Currently, he is Researcher at Sapienza University of Rome. He has been Adjunct Professor at different Italian Universities and Research Fellow at University of Salerno and Visiting Researcher at University of Huelva (Spain) - Department of Management and at University of Hohenheim (Germany) – Institute of Marketing & Management. His research is related to corporate governance, shareholder activism and family business.
IVANA BULOG
Ivana Bulog currently works at the Department of Management, University of Split. Ivana does research in Managerial Decision Making, Managerial Skills, Business Ethics, Entrepreneurial Economics and Leadership. Their most recent publication is 'Individual Differences and Decision Making Styles among University Students.
JASENKO LJUBICA
Jasenko Ljubica currently works as Assistant Professor at the University of Split, Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, Croatia. His research lies at the intersection of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology and Human Resources in International Business where he studies Expatriate Management and Global Leadership.
