IVANA BULOG

Ivana Bulog is a Full Time Professor at the Department of Management, University of Split. Her research focuses on managerial decision-making, leadership, business ethics, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurial economics. In recent years, she has published on organizational citizenship behavior, workplace stress, gender disparities in unpaid labor during the COVID-19 pandemic, and leadership’s role in job satisfaction and justice perceptions. She is actively involved in several international and national research projects, including the Horizon 2020 AI4Labour project, Blue-connect Researchers' Night, and the international consortium Preferred Leader Behavior Across Societal Cultures. Her work also supports financial well-being, youth entrepreneurship, and adult career counseling through EU and ministry-funded initiatives.
PAŠKO BURNAĆ

Paško Burnać is an Associate Professor at the Department of Finance, University of Split. His research focuses on public finance, fiscal policy, and the intersection of economics and governance. He has participated in several international research and academic projects, including the HORIZON 2020 project AI4LABOUR on the impact of artificial intelligence on labour force participation, and the ERASMUS+ programme Cultural Studies in Business at La Sapienza University in Rome. His recent publications cover topics such as fiscal consolidation, decentralization, cigarette price elasticity, and economic convergence in EU countries.
ŠIME JOZIPOVIĆ

Šime Jozipović is an Associate Professor of Commercial and Financial Law at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, University of Split. He holds a Ph.D. from Ludwig Maximilian University with a focus on EU State Aid Law and its relation to international tax law and tax planning. He also earned an LL.M. in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Harvard Law School. His research interests include the legal regulation of cryptocurrencies, tax compliance in the digital age, and consumer credit law. In recent years, he has published on the legal status of national cryptocurrencies and CBDCs, as well as the regulation of digital lending platforms.
SALVATORE ESPOSITO DE FALCO

Salvatore Esposito De Falco is a Full Time Professor of Economics and Business Management (disciplinary sector SECS-P08), in the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Rome "Sapienza". He teaches Corporate Governance (in italian language) and Corporate Governance Foundations (in English language). In his scientific and academic career he has published over 110 papers in national and international journals of which 12 with impact factor, 8 indexed by ISI-WOS and 7 in class A, 7 monographic works. He was also guest editor of four Special issues on international journals and was the winner of 6 Best or Selected Paper Awards. He is Editor-in-chief of the following journals: Corporate Governance and Organizational Behavior Review, Corporate Governance and Sustainability Review”, Corporate Governance And Research & Development Studies. He is currently President of the Board of the Degree Course in "Business Management" of the University of Rome "Sapienza". He has been project manager of more than 30 ministerial research programs. Finally, he is a PhD, Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. He is also Grant Office Manager of some important business groups. His main research interests are: Corporate Governance, Executive Compensation, Family Business, Shareholder right e Shareholder Engagement, Strategic Management, Sustainable Development e Environmental Social Governance (ESG).
VÍCTOR RODRÍGUEZ-DONCEL

Víctor Rodríguez-Doncel is a professor in the Artificial Intelligence Department, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Madrid, Spain. His research interests include the semantic web, language technologies, and law. Rodríguez-Doncel received a Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Technical University of Catalonia.
NICOLA CUCARI

Nicola Cucari gained his PhD in Business Management at Sapienza University of Rome. He obtained the national scientific habilitation as Associate Professor. Currently, he is Researcher at Sapienza University of Rome. He has been Adjunct Professor at different Italian Universities and Research Fellow at University of Salerno and Visiting Researcher at University of Huelva (Spain) - Department of Management and at University of Hohenheim (Germany) – Institute of Marketing & Management. His research is related to corporate governance, shareholder activism and family business.
EUN SUN GODWIN

Eun Sun Godwin is a Senior Lecturer and Master's Course Leader in International Business at the University of Wolverhampton Business School. Her academic focus lies in management, with a particular interest in diversity, inclusion, and the societal impact of emerging technologies. She teaches the course AI in Business: Algorithmic Bias, Inequalities and Diversity Management within the lifelong learning programme. Dr. Godwin's recent research explores topics such as the gendered impact of AI in the workplace, inclusive development in creative industries, and the effects of technology use on learning among Generation Z. Her work integrates cross-disciplinary perspectives on equality, education, and organizational development.
PATRICIA MARTIN CHOZAS

Patricia Martín Chozas is an Assistant Professor at the Escuela Superior de Ingenieros Informáticos, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. She holds a Ph.D. in Semantic Web-Driven Terminology and specializes in applied linguistics and knowledge representation in legal and labour market contexts. She teaches the course Governance and Regulation of Data and AI: a Use Case in the Labour Market. Her research includes the semantic processing of legal data, linked terminologies, and multilingual AI services. She has contributed to several European projects such as Lynx, AI4LABOUR, and Pret-a-LLOD, focusing on legal informatics and AI-driven compliance tools.
MORTEN HUSE

Morten Huse is a Professor Emeritus at BI Norwegian Business School, specializing in corporate governance and organizational management. He teaches the course AI and the Human Side of Corporate Governance. With a Ph.D. in Economics and Business Administration, his work explores the dynamics of board behavior, value creation, and governance ethics. Over the past five years, he has published influential works on board roles, research ecosystems, and comparative governance perspectives. He has held key positions in international academic networks, including the Academy of Management and Board Impact Forum, and remains actively engaged in advisory roles and scholarly collaboration.
