The important dates listed below apply to all FEBT Summer School  courses.

• "Early bird" application deadline: April 15, 2025
• "Early bird" notification of acceptance: April 20, 2025
• "Early bird" payment deadline: May 1, 2025

• "Regular" application deadline: May 15, 2025
• "Regular" notification of acceptance: May 20, 2025
• "Regular" payment deadline: June 1, 2025
   
• "Last minute" application deadline: June 15, 2025
• "Last minute" notification of acceptance: June 17, 2025
• "Last minute" payment deadline: June 20, 2025

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES

• For any cancellation occurring on or before June 5, 2025, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
• For cancellations occurring between June 6, 2025 and June 10, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Please note: Refunds of  fees received after June 11, 2025 are not available.
