Upcoming: Blended Intensive Programme in Split:

Managing Urban Tourism for Sustainability

The Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, University of Split is pleased to announce the upcoming Blended Intensive Programme Managing Urban Tourism: Planning and Monitoring for Sustainability, organised within the SEA-EU framework.

This international programme will bring together students and lecturers to explore current challenges in urban tourism and the ways destinations can be planned, managed and monitored more sustainably. Through lectures, workshops, collaborative project work and field-based learning, participants will engage with topics including sustainable urban tourism, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, tourism monitoring, product development and destination marketing.

The programme will include an online component on 15 April 2026 and an on-site component in Split from 20 to 24 April 2026. The programme highlights the importance of interdisciplinary and practice-oriented learning in cooperation with European partner institutions.
